Applications for food vendors for the 2026 Martin County Fair are now closed.
Please consider applying again for our 2027 fair. Thank you again for your interest!

The dates for the 2026 Fair are February 13 - 22.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the 2027 Fair, everything you need to know is included in the documents published below.

Application for exhibit space and rules and regulations are included. These documents can be mailed to you at your request, or a PDF copy can be downloaded below.

The Fair Board reserves the right to decline or prohibit any activity, or part thereof, which, in its opinion, is not suitable.No application will be accepted unless a complete list of products you wish to sell / display is listed or attached, as well as a current photo(s) of your operation.This agreement shall not be in force until it has been signed by a duly designated officer of the Martin County Fair Association, Inc. AND by the vendor or his duly authorized representative and FULL payment has been made to the Martin County Fair Association, Inc.

Licensee acknowledges receipt and review of the rules and regulations promulgated and published by the Fair on its website at www.martincountyfair.com/vendorinfo, which rules and regulations are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof, and Licensee agrees to comply with every applicable term, provision, and condition stated therein.
