Food Line Vendor Application

Apply to join the Food Line at the 2027 Martin County Fair, February 12–21, 2027! Bring your signature dishes, sweet treats, and fair favorites to this annual celebration of agriculture, youth achievement, and family fun.

Please complete all required fields, including your business information, proposed menu, booth or trailer dimensions, photo of your set up and electrical and water needs. Include any requested supporting documents.

Applications are subject to review and approval. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or reserve a space. Approved vendors will receive details regarding fees, required permits and insurance, setup, and operating requirements.

The Board of Directors reserves the right to decline or prohibit any activity, or part thereof, which in its opinion is not suitable. This agreement shall not be in force until it has been signed by a duly designated officer of the Martin County Fair Association, Inc. (MCFA) AND by the exhibitor or his duly authorized representative and FULL payment has been made to the Martin County Fair Association, Inc.
